IF JEWELEV DID NOT MEET YOUR EXPECTATION, SIMPLY RETURN IT for your convenience.

WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES for any cause other than a product being damaged in the mail when arrival or have any defects.

CHECK YOUR ITEMS AND REACH OUT TO US WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM DELIVERY in order to be eligible for return/ exchange of a DAMAGED or defect on the ITEM. If there are not claims with any of the above during those 3 days, you accept the pieces and you state they are NOT DAMAGED nor have any defects.

WE ACCEPT RETURNS, WITHIN 30 DAYS. All items must have PROOF OF PURCHASE, must be in NEW CONDITION, with intact TAGS, with original package and UNWORN. WE DO NOT ACCEPT BROKEN JEWELRY OR OTHER ITEMS DUE TO MISUSE, this is not eligible for return.

REFURBISHED ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NOT REFUND FOR THIS LINE.

Shipping cost are not refundable, in case of a refund the shipping cost will not be included in your refund.

Tell us the reason you are returning, be sure to send pictures with the damage or defect, to check the return eligibility of the items.

2-You will be given a number, be sure to state the number next to JEWELEV ON THE PACKAGE.

3-AFTER YOUR ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN YOU MAY RETURN IT AT YOUR OWN COST, be sure to protect it from damages and check the tracking number to ensure We receive it.
